Thank you for your follow up call after our tour on August 26th! As I said, it was wonderful! I’ve done trips many times to NYC with many local guides and this was the BEST service I’ve experienced! Our tour guide, Fred Pflantzer, did an EXCELLENT job! I would seldom give a 10 out of 10 but he deserved it! He has great knowledge of the city, talked to the people with a clear and strong voice (seniors many times have trouble hearing but not with Fred) and he is ENTHUSIASTIC! I love it when they show some enthusiasm and he certainly does and that helps to bring the city ALIVE for all of us who visit! His love for the city was obvious and that’s exactly what we like to hear when beginning a visit!
